Spark charges a revenue share on course revenue only (live cohort and self-paced courses). Standard rate is 20%. Founding customers who are accepted keep 10% forever - you keep 90% of course sales.

Video credits pay for turning recordings into course-ready video: chapters, study notes, slides, and quizzes. One credit is $1 USD and covers one hour of standard-definition video with no dead-air removal.
HD adds 0.5 credits per hour (1.5 credits/hr total). Dead-air removal adds 0.5 credits per hour. HD with dead-air removal is 2 credits per hour. Credits do not expire. You can buy blocks of 10, 15, 50, or 100 credits when you need more after the trial.
Yes. Courses on Spark have a minimum list price of $100 USD internationally, and $50 USD equivalent in India and similar markets. This applies to live cohort and self-paced courses and signals quality for curated experts. Free teaser sessions (Lightning Sessions) stay at zero for learners.
They are separate product families. Spark bills a revenue share on course revenue. Spark Lite bills for live and service operations (group classes, workshops, personal sessions, recordings, bundles). If a student buys both a course and a live plan, each transaction follows the product it belongs to. Spark is the curated course platform; Spark Lite is the operational layer for private live teaching.
