You set the list price for each course. Spark supports one-time purchases, live cohort programs, and self-paced courses with the access model you choose. Public minimums apply: $100 USD internationally and $50 USD equivalent in India and similar markets. If you teach globally, country-wise pricing shows learners a fair local price at checkout. Free teaser sessions stay at zero for learners.
Course checkout uses Stripe (globally) or Razorpay (in India). Students can pay with cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets where the provider supports them. International cards work too. You connect your payout account once, and course payments flow to your bank. You can pass payment processing fees to students or absorb them.
Yes. Create discount codes with expiry dates and usage limits. Build learner segments (for example alumni of a prior cohort, invite-only buyers, or students in a geography) and restrict codes to those groups. Use segments for targeted messages when you launch or reopen a course. Referral programs are on the roadmap.
Set different list prices for different countries on the same course. Students see the right price for their location at checkout. That helps you reach international learners without underpricing your core market. Country-wise pricing is bundled at no extra charge.
Students get one link to your course portal. They sign in with Google or email and see only the courses and materials their purchase unlocks: chapters, study notes, slides, quizzes, and the AI tutor. The portal is mobile-friendly and easy to bookmark. No separate logins per course.
Yes, the student portal is fully responsive and works great on phones and tablets. Students can watch videos, read notes, take quizzes, and chat with the tutor - all from their mobile device. The interface adapts to smaller screens, so nothing feels cramped or hard to use. Perfect for learning on the go.
The tutor answers questions about your course content - 24/7. It stays grounded in what you actually taught, not the open web. Every answer shows which chapters or notes it came from, so students know the source. If a question is outside your course scope, the tutor says so instead of making something up. It's like having a teaching assistant that never sleeps, but only knows what you taught. Usage is included up to a monthly limit; we'll notify you before you need more.
Yes. Students see their progress through each course - which chapters they've completed, quiz scores, time spent learning. It's all visible in their portal. For you, there are detailed reports showing which students are struggling with which concepts, so you know where to focus your teaching time. The reporting is built to answer "What should I do with my next hour?" not just show vanity metrics.
Your 90-minute videos get broken into 3-8 minute sections. Students can finish a section, take a quick quiz, and feel like they made progress - even in a busy day. Instead of "I'll watch that whole video later" (which never happens), they can squeeze in 10 minutes here and there. More small wins = more engagement = better learning. It's how people actually learn today, not how we wish they would.
Spark hosts your videos securely in the cloud. They're encrypted, protected from downloads and sharing, and streamed with adaptive quality (so they load fast on any connection). You don't need a separate video platform - everything lives in Spark. If you want, videos can also auto-upload to Google Drive as a backup.
Your course library (storage) is generous. Video processing and AI tutor use have limits so we can keep things fair - HD video uses significantly more resources, so limits are lower for HD. We show your usage in the dashboard and give you a heads-up before you need more. No surprise bills.
Yes! You can create as many courses as you want. Each one is independent - its own structure, students, pricing, and content. Students can enroll in multiple courses, and you can bundle them or sell them separately. Build your course library over time, one video at a time.
Course editing features are coming soon. Right now, you can add new videos to existing courses, and they'll get processed the same way. Full editing controls - updating chapters, editing notes, removing sections - are on the roadmap. For now, if you need to make changes, you can regenerate sections or work with our team. We're building this out because we know courses need to evolve over time.
Yes. Your recordings and all generated content (chapters, notes, quizzes, course structure) are yours. Spark is being built to support exporting to standard formats like SCORM, Common Cartridge, or direct integration with Moodle, Canvas, and other LMS platforms. You can also download structured data (JSON, HTML) if you need it. You're never locked in.
