Spark runs on a modern cloud infrastructure stack with separate storage for your video content and learning data. Each teacher's data is logically isolated so that one account cannot see another's courses, quizzes, or reports. It's built to scale and handle serious traffic.
Access to teacher dashboards, quiz results, and tutoring tools is protected using signed tokens and role-based permissions. Students only see what they've been invited to; teachers and admins have a broader view, but still within the boundaries of their own organization. Videos are encrypted, and content is protected from unauthorized access.
Yes. Spark has been architected to work with large catalogs and busy cohorts: hundreds of videos, thousands of chapters, and many concurrent quiz sessions. Background jobs that generate notes, quizzes, and reports are designed to either complete cleanly or fail loudly, instead of producing half-finished results. It's built to grow with you.
The philosophy behind Spark is to stop and surface issues rather than quietly guessing. If a transcript can't be processed, a chapter boundary looks impossible, or a quiz fails internal checks, the system treats that as a visible error and does not move forward until it's addressed. You see problems before students do, and we fix them quickly.
Spark connects directly to YouTube (to pull videos), Zoom (for live class recordings), Google Drive (for backups), and Stripe/RazorPay (for payments). Everything else - course structure, student portal, quizzes, tutor - is built in. You don't need a separate LMS, video platform, or payment processor. It's all in one place.
No. Your content is used to power your own courses, tutor, search, and analytics. It is not blended into a shared pool to train a generic "global" model that others can tap into. Your videos stay in your account, isolated from other teachers' content. The tutor only knows what you taught, not what everyone else taught.
Spark is the curated course platform: live cohort and self-paced courses, AI tutor, quizzes, and application-based onboarding. Spark Lite is open enrollment for live teaching operations - group classes, workshops, 1:1, recordings, and bundles. Many experts use both. Spark leads in positioning; Spark Lite supports live revenue and depth after learners know you through a course.

Yes. There's a knowledge base with step-by-step guides, video tutorials, and answers to common questions. It's searchable, so you can find what you need quickly. We're also building out more resources as we go - this is a product that's actively improving.
Absolutely. We're actively building and improving Spark based on what teachers actually need. Send us your ideas, pain points, or "I wish it could do X" requests. We can't promise everything, but we listen and prioritize based on what helps the most people learn better.
